Antti Partanen is the CEO and one of the founders of Rederi Ab Nathalie and has been involved in shipping in different positions at sea and later ashore for over two decades. Antti became a shipowner at the age of 26.

He has been a member of the board of YoungShip Helsinki from 2019 to 2023. 

He is Vice Chair for the board of the Finnish Shipowners Association.
