Prior to joining EverWind, Mr. Borys was Head of Capital Markets & Treasury for Atlas Corp., a publicly listed investment firm with two main operating companies: Seaspan, the largest containership owner and operator globally, and APR Energy, a provider of global fast-track power solutions. During his tenure at Atlas, Mr. Borys raised over $15Bn of capital from various public and private markets, executed over $9Bn in maritime asset transactions, formed Atlas through an inverse merger, and acquired and integrated APR Energy as Atlas’ energy platform.

Prior to joining Atlas, Mr.Borys held roles in Investment Banking and Corporate Banking with Desjardins Capital Markets, and in Equity Research with Raymond James, focused on infrastructure, project finance, industrials, and real estate. Mr.Borys received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, graduating with Distinction.
