As Chief Commercial Officer, Greg provides World Energy GH2 with leadership on commercial arrangements and contracts, business development opportunities and Federal Government relations.

Greg has 28 years of experience across petroleum engineering, commercial transactions in upstream and downstream energy, and investment banking. Most recently, Greg led North American Project Advisory and Finance for a global investment bank, as well as providing senior banking coverage in energy transition and upstream oil and gas.

Greg has considerable depth of experience in commercial offtake arrangements in the LNG and midstream sectors and has led the execution of M&A transactions with an aggregate transaction value of over C$40 billion across more than 60 successful transactions.

Greg is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen’s University (class of ’96) and is presently the Chair of Lionheart Foundation, a Calgary based foundation focused on ensuring access to therapeutic care for adolescents in need, struggling with anxiety-related mental health challenges.
